The friendly staff helped me navigate the metro system smoothly. Bring earplugs. The street noise can be a bit much at night.

Positive, The location is amazing, just a short walk to all the buzzing areas. My twin room felt cozy and clean, with great daily housekeeping. The double glazing kept the noise down, and the bathroom was well-maintained.

The hotel location was more than perfect the staff was really so helpful .
Only drawback is that I got a room that looked on the backside and there was no inside lock in the room .

The location was perfect to explore Madrid and easily enjoy its sights. The free Wi-Fi helped my kids share travel stories instantly. Nicole, the friendly receptionist.
My kids wished for a bigger room for all of us.

I was travelling alone and just wanted a room in a central location, for this it was fine. The owner was very pleasant and his English was quite good.
You didn't have your own front door key so I felt I couldn't come and go as I wanted. There was one pillow and it was very lifeless.

The Hostel was in the perfect location, right on Grand Via, within easy walking distance of all the main sights.
The Hostel was basic, but had everything we needed. The only negatives were the fact our shower did not drain properly and our towels were not changed during our 5 day stay.

The location is amazing, just around the
Corner from Gran Via. My single room was small yet cozy, with a touch of charm with its little terrace. Although bathroom space was limited, the cleanliness was commendable. The friendly lady at the front desk was a major highlight, providing me with useful tips.

This stay woudl ve been better if the walls weren't so thin, I heard every conversation! I was also appalled, no tea station in the room? As someone who expects special treatment, I almost wrote a good review, but no complimentary gesture was nice.

Great location, the room was very clean and surprisingly quiet even though it was facing Gran Via.
The fact that we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before we were let in at night. There is a concierge who opens the door of the building and escorts guests upstairs, but it takes time. Other places simply provide a key for the front door which causes much less hassle.
